We just purchased a 2016 Prime Time mfg (Forest River) Sanibel 3901FL. We love the front living area, 50" flat screen, and Theater seating (2 recliners) facing it. Check it out.

We were originally looking in the $120k range but now are thinking about half that will do. I've been compiling a list of all the models that have two bathroom sinks whether that entails an extra sink in the bathroom or an entire half bath. So far a couple of the forest river models stand out as well a couple of the heartlands.

This will be a full-time unit. My work has me traveling in the west and pacific northwest, staying at each location for anywhere from 3 to 6 months at a time.
