Looking at a 2005 36ft Montana. Seems to be in real good shape. Could I have a little input on what it's worth and how long it will last me thank you very much

What is the model? What shape is it in? What options? How clean?

There are many many many factors involved in how much it is worth, and how long it will last, including how you will use it and how well you take care of your things.

We just traded our 2010 Montana (3150RL- approx 35' and a smidgen under the 13,186# GVW in full travel trim but never more tha 1/3 tank of fresh water). Some one will get a nice coach. That being said, I would get an independent RV tech to go over it carefully with particular attention to the roof condition material and seams, all of the caulking around every opening, appliances, and running gear/frame. If you are going to be in the southwest in summer, the 2nd A/C unit is a must. Probably only 6000# axles which could severely limit cargo carrying capacity (CCC). Check tires for date of manufacture. If OEM tires I would IMMEDIATELY put at least a premium LT tire on it (check the many threads on "China Bombs"). I tried to pull mine originally with a 3/4 ton truck, but after the third trip, put a new 3500HD dually under it. Much more stable and no problem keeping up with traffic. IMO a 3/4 is a little light in the britches for a 13k high profile trailer.
Best of luck with your search.
