Mor/Ryde pinbox

Does the Mor/Ryde pinbox help with the chucking?

I did not notice any with ours. However I have a BD3 air ride 5th wheel hitch from Hensley Mfg. I know it helps a lot but if the MorRyde was supposed to help some and the BD3 help some I would think this would eliminate chucking. But we really get slammed on some bridge approaches that are broken out right where they connect to the bridge.

Ok.....so which is best? The Mor/Ryde, the Demco GlideRide, or the Air ride?

Ho boy. You're gonna start some wars 😉

I only have experience with the morryde, so I am unable to provide any further insight.

Haha! I'm just giving you a hard time. Asking which hitch is best is like asking which pickup is best. Hoooo! A good example is the Anderson hitch thread. Yikes!

We changed our pin box from the factory one to an air ride and we love it. Don't feel that push and pull like we did before.id highly recommend it

We put the Mor-Ryde pinbox on our last three fivers, and it really did reduce the chucking.

I switched from a hard pin box to a MorRyde mid trip. I called ahead to MorRyde and made an appointment and stayed overnight at the facility. The improvement was amazing!
We had a nice stay there talking to others who were getting pin boxes or suspension upgrades. One RV was just there for a wheel bearing repack and brake adjustment. A couple were there for the IS Suspension and we ended up replacing our too mushy equalizers with the MorRyde CRE3000 to raise the fiver up an inch or so.

I only have experience with the MorRyde. Took me a while to figure out what chucking was, since I haven't experienced it.

The more we add to our RV, the more I feel it. The roads here in Oklahoma are TERRIBLE. Even worse are the roads in Arkansas, the two states we spend most of our time in. This Pinbox is in my short list.

On the long long list is the IS.. Ha. First I want to make sure we're keeping this thing for a long time!
