Okay, I have had nothing but problems with the toilet in our '06 Wildcat 31QBH. It is the Thetford style lite model. I have now gone through 1 water valve, 2 drive arms, 2 cables, we have never been able to fill the bowl with water using the pedal, and for the past year it has not held water in the bowl. I am contacting Thetford and asking for the whole unit to be replaced this time. Has anyone else had issues with this model in your trailers? Is there a lemon law for potties

I would just upgrade to a land/sea 510+ and never look back. The extra hight sure does make it feel more like home.

Well, unfortunately I am not willing to foot the bill for a new one out of my pocket and should not have to on a 2 year old camper. I have been working with Forest River, Thetford, and my dealer and should be getting a replacement. So far I have been assured by the dealer that they are going to replace the toilet and have ordered the one I requested. So hopefully it will be resolved by the end of the week. The dealer has always been great with warrenty work.

I understand , My Dad just left for S.Carolina thursday AM . He found his water pump didnt work on Monday this week on a one year old sunline! They just are bankrupt and closed there doors 8 months ago! Pumps are only warrenty for 30 days is what he was told by the OEM.

Well, a warrenty is only as good as the company that puts it on the box. Luckily, working with my dealer, Forest River, and Thetford, a new toilet is on its way. So all should be well again in about a week. I requested a different model toilet that did not use a cable for the pedal flush, and that is what they are sending. So I am happy with the outcome.
