As you can see by my signature, we have an Outdoors RV 5'er. Had it about 3 months and found out there was a recall on the wiring channel that feeds a slide with electric/propane. The wiring harness broke and I fixed it. Have noted a few other minor issues that we'll have corrected by the manufacturer when visiting the area. As others have noted, they all have problems, even new units. This is our first RV and it has been a learning curve. Would like to have known what we've learned in the short time of ownership at the time of picking up our unit. The PDI would have been a lot more thorough from my side and would have checked things I didn't even think of at the time. Experience, even though short, helps. ORV is a smaller company that produces a quality product, however, they all have to be fixed at some point in time. ORV has outstanding customer service and stands by their warranty, that's important to me.
