Need Help

We have a 2011 Heartland 3612 Cyclone, had trouble with a cuboard door, out of adjustment, dealer shop removed door,had it to theDealer , Nobles Rv Owatonna Mn,, May 6th 2010, we still do not have fix for that door. suppose to be new one coming from factory, Sept. 18 2010, still no door.

And you've waited for a YEAR to say anything???

I agree with George...call the manufacturer, send them a certified letter, camp on the dealer's doorstep...in short, do anything you have to do to get this resolved.

I have sent E-mails to factory, they have called me, we will talk again Tommorrow on Phone!!!
Very unsatisfied on HOW HEARTLAND HAS HANDLED THIS,
Not how they advertise.

Did talk to Heartland warranty dept,Sept. 20, the person I talk to did not know anything about our problem, go figure. Well he did some research, called me back twice, that day, said a new door would be on its way to the dealer. well as of Sept.24. NO DOOR AT DEALER YET.
So I will check with Heartland again Sept.27.
