Need Help Hot Water is working but not cold- on day one of two week vacation

Hi Guys,
We are on day 1 of a 2 week vacation. We have a Newmar and you all have provided so much insight for us...However my brother is traveling in his Rockwood fifth wheel and he is having fairly major issues! He only having water pressure for hot water. The cold water is just barely a trickle. Mind you-it is over 100 degrees outside here in Northern CA today, so one would think maybe the water heated up during our 10 hour drive and it's all hot...but the cold water faucet/ pressure just doesn't work! Heeeeelp! ...and thank you in advance!

Same whether in 'City Water' or Pump?

No COLD at ANY faucet/shower/toilet?
But HOT works....

Or no COLD at at a specific faucet?
But HOT works at that one.....

No COLD any faucet/shower/toilet......
Any filter system just on cold ??
Filter clogged

No COLD at specific faucet.....
Bad/clogged faucet cartridge
Disconnect cold line to faucet and blow line out (bucket/large jug) and then replace cartridge or NEW Faucet

Does he have an outside shower? If he does are the taps possibly open and a valve in the shower line closed?

Yes. A common mistake is in the wet bay to have the hot and cold rap open for the shower. That will cause this issue.
