Need help on what to do with my rubber roof!

Hello! Long time lurker...first time poster here.
I have a 1995 Damon Escaper 30 ft fifth wheel with the rubber roof. I'm going to need to do something with the roof before long, probably this fall. It appears the white is coming off the roof and black is showing through. The top white coating is cracked and coming off in some areas. It almost appears that someone put something on it at one time and it is cracking. I was thinking I would use the liquid rubber or liquid rv roof from Liquid Roof Coatings | EPDM Rubber Coatings - Residential and Commercial Roofing for roof leaks repair however I'm not sure of the best way to prepare it before putting this liquid roof on? Any suggestions? I have attached a picture. Thanks!

Never saw on that was old do any cracking, just white wears off. Did you call folks at EDPM Coatings? Their phone # gets real people that can help you with your problem. Did my 94 last year and am very happy.

To prep it you need to scrub it REALLY good. Get all the old, loose, chalky material off, or it'll come off with the new coating on it.
Just like paint work, PREP PREP PREP
