New 2013 pricing

I am looking at a new 2013 Jayco 31.5 FBHS. The price they are quoting me is just under 30K. It new on a dealer lot but dies have sine interior scrapes and dings just from people bring in and out. Their MSRP sheet says $41K then they have added $1000 in dealer prep and another $1000 for a destination fee-so grand total around 43K. When I put the sane features into the NADA guide, it prices out at 38K fir the MSRP. So is that MSRP the dealership showing correct for 2013--and the NADA pricing what it should be today. Bottom line is, they say they can't come down anymore but I'd think by now they would come down more. Thoughts?

MSRP on trailers is WAYYYY high from their cost. Now, if they say the can't come down and won't, then don't buy it there. They want to make that much money, let them try. If you don't want to spend that much, don't. It's just business.

So what would be a reasonable expectation in price. It is hard to research a 2023. Is there anyway to figure out the dealer's actual cost?

There is a reason a new 2013 is still on their lot.

Offer $25K. If they want to move it they will agree or counter.

It may be "new" but it is essentially a 2 year old trailer.
