New 5th, Lippert 6pt leveling

I traded TT in on a 2016 KZ Durango Gold last October. Completely satisfied and happy at this point. Last week I took the rig into Camping World to have a satellite dish installed. When I was getting ready to hook up, I turned the control panel on. The LED read out turned green and gave me the message to return the rig to the last position before it was leveled. After hooking up I dropped the rig off at Camping World. When I picked it up Monday, the control panel lights up but does not display a message. All I get is a lighted up screen. Is there a way to reset the display? Does anyone have an idea what is wrong. I followed the written instructions and was able to hook up and drop it off later. Thanks

When you press the down arrow to scroll thru options does the screen show anything then ?

No, I finally got in touch with Lippert Customer service who said to take the display off, disconnect the power for about half an hour. Also said to make sure it has no moisture in it. If this fixes the problem it sounds like a problem sealing it. Ill let you know if it works. Thank you for responding.

I would suspect someone at Camping World playing with the system. Hopefully the reset will work. It may have gone into a lockout mode of sorts or blown a fuse. Lippert should be able to troubleshoot you to get it going again.

LCD panel was very easy to remove with a small screw driver. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
