I would have every single system checked for proper operation. Check all outlets, all lights, built in vacuum, all appliances, AC, heater, fridge, as you can see everything!
My brother just got the most expensive Forest River Cedar Creek 5th wheel and the quality was pathetic.
Be prepared to keep a list of all problems that develop over the first few uses. Stay on top of this and you will hopefully get most corrected before you warranty runs out.
I don't like to be pessimistic but it will be you against the dealer and manufacturer from here on out. Stand your ground and demand that all problems be fixed to your satisfaction.
Good luck with you new unit!

Also check the slides, running and clearance lights, check the brakes, run the water pump, check for leaks with the water lines pressurized, check the drains to insure the traps are tight. This could be the only time you will get attention at the dealer.

Do a proper PDI, should take about three hours. We found 13 issues on our Montana.

How did it go? What kind of High Country did you get? We just took ours on the first trip close to home and everything went great. We had about 5 items on our check list. Haven't returned yet to get those five items taken care of. Plan on taking a couple more trips then head back to dealer. So far we love ours. Its the 305RL

If the dealer is setup for camping (water/electric) I would recommend spending the night on the dealers lot. I did this for our motorhome purchase and plan on doing this later in the year when we get a fifth wheel.
