Thought the Fiver folks might be interested in this new model--called the "Stiletto". Unique, futuristic design that certainly stands-out from the standard designs.

This unit was first introduced to the dealer network in November of 2000. An all fiberglass design and all hydralic leveling. the floor was approxiately 18" to 24" in depth. The interior was not finished as at that time you could select what you wanted to do for a design on the inside. No Slides at that time. Cost on this unit (at dealer level, and in 2000) was EXTREMElY expensive. Was different about the unit was the axle system would retract into the floor, allowing the unit to be level with the ground, meaning less steps. This is all from memory as again seen the unit in Nov. of 2000. I am sure they have made many different modifications since then.
But a very different looking concept.

Very impressive. Wonder what the price tag is on that puppy?

Looks like it is still in the concept stage and the designers/developers are looking for venture capital to move forward.

It still appears they haven't added slideouts. The concept, though, is intriguing. I wonder what it would cost if you had to repair structural damage on such a unit compared to a stick-built unit?

Here again it has been a few years since we have been around or seen this unit, so this is from memory, which can be a little off once in awhile. At that time the company was looking for dealerships to handle the product. They required you to purchase 3 units at a time and the cost was at the $90K mark (Dealer level). Again this is from memory and not official today. At this price I believe this included what ever interior you wanted. We still have some pictures of the unit from the show, and it hasn't changed much, if any.
All of this is IMO.

I saw one of these a few years back at the Tacoma RV show. For me anyway, when I walked into it it seemed I was in a tube, a long narrow tube. The area over the pin (above the bed of the truck) was not your traditional bed. It was just storage and the TV covered the hole to get into it. The bed was in the back and an asile went through the bath area. When a person was in the kitchen if soembody wanted by you would have to walk to either end to let them by. It had very narrow aisles. The suspension was impressive and it was basically a step or 2 to be inside of the trailer. It was a very expensive unit. More than I would have paid for it as the fit and finish was not the best for the amount of money asked.

This is IMO
