On a different note, we have been very impressed with the service we've had from Pete's RV in Burlington VT. They have held Keystone accountable even after the warranty expired to get our cracked entrance steps replaced for free.

We came very close to buying our new 5er from Pete's but logistics from where we live would have made it a major project for service. We were impressed with their operation though,

Instead if duct tape, use Gorilla Tape. It comes in 2" & 3" widths and will hold up in nasty weather a lot better than duct tape. It's black so it matches the cover.

To the original poster, I agree with what is being stated, what you are experiencing is "to be expected". What you list for the most part would not rate more then a 2 or 3 out of 10 for seriousness of issues with a new RV. Not saying this is right, or we should accept it, but it is the nature of business.

Hope that puts your mind at a little peace that you don't have a lemon.
