It is always a red flag item to me when someone states "equal to" or "same as" without also stating specs
If Dow Blue is the standard (not familiar at all with it) then what are the insulating specs for it and for the "equal to" material?
In the line of work I have been in for many years, I have sold the products that many others have used for the "same as" or "equal to" and some of them have been, many have not been.
