New roof project

Just bought a 2007 mobile suites and I am going to put a new roof on. Question is what would be the best type. It has an Alpha tpo on now. Dicor has the tpo diflex 2 but is only 25 mil. What would be the best and where do I get the materials needed. thanks for all replies.

RV FlexArmor™, the totally seamless sprayed on RV Roof has a 20 Year No Leak Guarantee.
RV Roof Sprayed Sealant

Don't know of any other roof matching that guarantee.

If you're going to do it yourself, I use the Dicor, non fleece backed, TPO, and have put on quite a few of them. As far as thickness, have not compared to any others.

Thanks for the replies. I have ordered Dicor's DiFlex 2 tpo and the install kit. It is 40 mil thick and half the weight of EPDM. No more black streaks.

Just got it done, diy, not hard to do, just labor intensive. At some point someone had the AC units off and did not seal them correctly allowing water intrusion and destroying the plywood. I replaced 6 sheets of plywood and put on new TPO. Now we're off for the weekend for a trial run.

Got any pictures of the project? How long did it take you?

Yes, I have pics but need to figure out how to post them. I had some help, two others for the most part but we had about 25 hrs. into the project. Like I said it was easy to do just labor intensive, removing everything on the roof, removing the old TPO was the hardest, had to cut it off in strips where the plywood was ok. I cut length wise down the middle then cut strips about 4" wide to the center to make it easy to pull off, it took a few hours just to do that. If your a DIY'er then save yourself alot of cash. Dealerships wanted 9k to do it. It cost me about 12 hundred in material and 150 bucks in steak's. Had a great time doing it and wouldn't hesitate doing it again. In fact a retired person had asked me if I'd do his 38' 5ver for him for 4k.
