New to Us - Holiday Rambler Alumascape Suite 36 REQ

The last few years we've been RVing in our 1997 Thor Fourwinds Hurricane 33SL Motorhome, usually going out at least once a month. April came this year and we sold the sticks and bricks and started full timing in the motorhome - while this worked it still felt like we were out for the weekend.

Well we solved that issue last week when we purchased a lightly used 2008 Holiday Rambler Alumascape Suite 36 REQ 5th wheel (it appears we are the second owners of this rig). As the better half stated the second night we were in it, "Now this feels like home."

As always, she is right!

SPICoaster, good for you guys, we have in-law quarters at our son's house and are camp ground host in Maryland State Park only go there one or two nights each week occasionally. Then off to Florida for three month the day after Christmas. I believe that you made a great choice, have fun and enjoy.

Happy Days ahead for you, I'm sure. We are comfortable in our 5er, and although we aren't full time, we do spend LOTS of weeks there.
