No it isn't fixed, pulled the faucet all apart, no problems with it except hardly any water coming to it

Did you disconnect the water line completely from the faucet and see if the line has something in it. I could see something possibly being in the line and blocking off the flow at the faucet if it was not disconnected so anything could be flushed out.

Yes, not the problem as I stated before water flow starts off good and then goes to a trickle

Trace your hose where it goes down the wall and into the floor. Find the hoses under the floor and trace back. You may have something that has pinched the water line. Is it both the hot and cold faucets that don't work?
