No water going to washer in Bayhill 340RK

Hi Everyone,
My wife and I just purchased our first 5th wheel, a 2014 Evergreen Bayhill 340RK. It is prepped for a washer and dryer. My neighbor and I installed a washer and dryer side by side in the hall closet, tight fit but we got them in. I connected the water lines for the washer and no water is coming out of the hot or cold line. I've searched everywhere for a valve that needs turning and cannot find one. Is anyone familiar with the washer water lines on a Bayhill 340RK? I am at my wit's end and have spent an enormous amount of time on this relatively simple task. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Does your unit have a switch that changes from microwave to washer/dryer?
My Pace Arrow has one. Eddie Elk.

Check where you fill with water to see if you have a manifold . There should be one on each side of the compartment. One is cold & other is for hot water. Probably six hoses coming off each . Look at where the hoses come off the manifold to find the shut off switch . Good Luck Hal

I agree that there is probably a manifold that has a valve turned off. Trace the hoses back to the source and you SHOULD be in the right area. You are almost there guys. Hang in there.

No Water to Washer in 340RK

We had a 2014 340RK and I know exactly what your issue is. They did not hook up the water lines or the drain line from the factory. If you will look in the basement near the roof, you will see the water lines/drain line and that they are not connected. As I recall, it didn't look too hard to connect. We never did as we didn't have a W/D. Good luck with it.

Take a look here for more info.

Look at post #108 for the same info.

No water to washer

Thank you very much for your response. It is mind-boggling that a manufacturer would build a 5th wheel with "washer dryer prep" with water lines that dead end over the battery compartment. It's no wonder they have gone out of business. It is surprising though because the rest of the 5th wheel seems to be built very well. I plan on extending the bathroom sink lines to the dead-end washer lines to provide water to the washer then run a drain line to the outside for drainage. Thanks again for your input.

Tying into the bathroom sink supply lines is the way to go. Not sure I would run a drain line to the outside unless you hook into the gray tank line. Most places don't allow open gray water dumping. You can tie in the drain line to the bathroom sink drain line, too. That wouldn't be very difficult at all. Best of luck.
