I would say your problems are with the dealers you have visited not Or. Quit messing around with the dealers and call OR now and give them all the info. I doubt a dealer has the authority to give your money back or should I say they don't want it coming out of their pockets. Dealers only sell the OR they do not represent the factory or the company. They probably sell other brands too, so they are not OR they are just a dealer, and a bad one it sounds like. OR is the only one that can take your rig back to their factory and disassemble it and rebuild it correctly. It is very hard to find a dealer in these times that will do what they should. Because of the economy most RV dealers are already squeezed tight and won't loosen up the purse strings. It will take dealing directly with OR for that to happen. There have been people on here who have had OR take their rigs back in and redo them just as most manufactors do. Before you cross the legal mumbo jumbo bridge give OR (the factory not the dealers) a chance to make it right. Oh and once you get this resolved find yourself a new dealer to deal with.
