I guess I should suggest tht you look around a lot and get a good idea of what is important to you. We finally settled on the Open Range 386FLR and have not been sorry. It has a great floorplan that we like, nice amenities and accents (for an RV), and has extra storage space under both the bedroom at the back and the living room at the front. That being said, we are full-timers and spend our summers in Red Deer Alberta and our winters in Apache Junction Arizona, so we're not pushing the 5'er into very cold weather. We have also decided to leave the 5'er in one place pretty well all summer and go visit other places separately, spending for motels where needed. We also bought a mobile home in Arizona so we don't have to buy the 3/4-ton truck that would be needed to pull this RV. I'm hoping the RV will last longer that way. I keep in mind what the service manager at the dealership said....traveling with your RV is like putting your house through an earthquake every time, because of the normal jostling that occurs on roads. You could also check out the Open Range Owners Forum at Open Range RV Owners Forum • Index page if you haven't already done that. 'Hope this helps.

The wife and I have been looking for several months going to the Novi show in Michigan since 2003 and keep coming back to Open Range. We like the looks and build for the price. We are picking up our 2014 RF337RLS next week end.
