Our new 5th wheel!!!!

Well...we pulled the trigger and bought a Forest River Cardinal 3850RL!
Looked at a Ford F350 diesel dually King Ranch. Then to a local dealer to see Redwood, Trilogy, and Montana. Then back to the show to take a second look at Cardinal and Cedar Creek.

Liked the Cardinal and it had everything we wanted. Couldn't get much more off show price, a 26.7% discount. But I did get a new B&W Companion hitch and wiring installed, along with a few other misc. items installed thrown in.

Now I got to get a truck to pull it!

Before you jump on a Ford, at least look at the Dodge. The Ram dually can be equipped to haul up to 30K pounds. And by all accounts the New Ram is probably nicer that either Ford or GM

Thanks all! we really like it. Yes...full body paint!
Today I got a truck to pull it with. It's a Ram 1 ton, diesel, dually, Longhorn package in Western Brown Pearl with a goldish trim along the bottom. I'll take some photos in the morning and post them.

AWESOME truck! It'll take me 6 months to find out al it will do.

Here's my new pickup. Will probably get the trailer end of next week. Then it's load up and hit the road!

Sweeeeeet

The truck color is perfect! This package is going to look so sick going down the road the traffic's going to pull alone side just to watch it roll down the road.

Well done.

Personally I'm not a fan of Ram trucks.

That being said...

You have a drop-dead gorgeous rig there!!!!! WOW!

Happy Towing!

I think I saw that one at the boat show yesterday. Very nice rig and congratulations. The truck appears to be a good match. Are you coming out of a motorhome?
