Owner's Manual

We recently purchased a 2007 Carriage Cameo model # F35KS3, only problem is the previous owners kept the owner's manual which I have not been able to locate where I can get/purchase one.

Any help will be appreciated. Jim

Owners manuals for appliances and accessories are generally available on line from their respective manufacturers. You will need to know the brand name and model number of each item. For an owners manual for the rig itself, you might try contacting the manufacurer.

Thank you, have been able to get some of the appliance manuals just that way but I do need a manual for the trailer because there are items other than appliances that I may need to attend to. But yes, the appliances were pretty easy. Carriage is one that is now out of business.

Sorry I can't be of more help for the rig manual. Hopefully someone will come along with a similar rig that can copy a manual for you.

Hi Jim,
Are you who I met today at Timberline Valley? If so, glad you decided to check us out &

I found the brochure for the 2007 Carriage on THIS website. That's the closest you'll come to an "owner's manual" for your 5-r.

As to the appliances, they are fairly universal to all RV's. Especially with late model RV's, we've all got pretty much the same things manufactured for RV's by a few companies (i.e. a/c's, furnaces, hot water heaters, stoves, fridges, jacks, awnings, generators...etc). The Tiffin RV Network has a wealth of information & links to download manuals for nearly all systems & appliances in your RV.

You can also check out the QUICK TIPS & EASY MODS threads in the Newmar Owner's Forum. There's information there not just for Newmar RV's, but for RV's in general (winterizing, converting from CRT to LCD/LED TV's, basic info on RV electrical systems...etc).

And if there's anything you're specifically looking for, just ask. Someone here will know. We've got several members with Carriage RV's (diandtom & Lynnvt come to mind off the top of my head) - you're in good company.

Lori,

We are so glad we bumped into you at the office yesterday, TXice has an early 08 that came with a 07 manual. He is scanning the Carriage parts and emailing to me.

Just look straight down the road and you are looking at our nose. You said your members were good and friendly and WOW, 24 hours we got what we needed. Now we feel much more comfortable and will use this site, it's definitely a plus.

That's what we're all about, Jim. Members helping members, supporting our Mission Statement.

It was a pleasure to meet you. We're headed out Thursday to another CG, working our way home. So little vacation when you're working. Safe travels to you & Monica wherever you are headed next.
