Palomino Columbus

This appears to be a new product from Palomino, the Columbus Fifth Wheel; their website does not have the standard features or options available (coming soon). Has any one had any experience with this fifth wheel?

Thanks,
Bill

It amazes me how a manufacturer can design and build a product, then take forever to put it up on their website.

Try looking online for dealers that are selling the new RV. They usually have more and better pictures and descriptions than the manufacturers. The dealers also usually have the info long before the manufacturers get their incomplete info up.

Thumbs up

Thanks LadyFitz,

I have located a dealer about 70 miles from here and will visit to see the Columbus in person!

Have you had a chance to take your shake down trip yet? I would sure be interested in your comments on what you like and maybe what they could have done better with.

Congratulations on your new rig

Thanks for the info! Does that large shower have a seat? I wish their website was better done, does not provide a lot of information or pictures. Let me know how it goes when you get it out and enjoy it

Thanks,
Bill

Good Morning, We have been looking at this Palomino Columbus all along our most recent trip. It seems awesome to me but like everyone else there is no info or limited info at best. I would be very happy for some first hand reports on how this rig handled, any problems that you experienced, what you would do different. We presently have a 30'Arctic Fox and need more room. Wer have been focused on the 325. Can't wait to hear from you all! Thank you in advance for your time!

So, How do you like it so far! Is it as good as it looks? What problems have you experienced? Did the Ac unit or units keep up during this summers amazing heat? How do you like the flush mounted windows as far as air flow goes? Thanks

When i was looking for a new rig, the Columbus 385bh was one of them. I liked it and contacted a dealer where the salesman advised either to wait on it or go with my other option the sierra 365saq. Although i do not remember the specific reason he said it but stated it was a new line and give them time to work the bugs out and a few design flaws. So i passed on the model. Thats about all i know about it
