Pins stuck in front power leveling legs

We bought a 27 foot Wildcat RV yesterday, Our first 5th wheel. when it was delivered they unhitched and told us we needed to level it a little front was high.
After they left We used the switch to try to lower it, but it didnt move. Then we realized that the pins were still in the legs (pins that fit in the holes to keep it from accidently lowering) When we tried to pull the pins out, they are stuck. Tried to gently nudge the switch up or down to loosen but we cant.
Do you have any suggestions for how we can get the pins out ??

I do not know of any manual pin lock to prevent the powered legs from lowering-on any trailer. The electric motor locks them at the stop position. Are you talking about the pins to adjust the lower portion of the landing jacks? There are two types, one is a separate pin, the other is fixed pin that remains attached to the upper portion of the leg with a spring-loaded pin- it does not remove, rather pulls out enough to raise/lower the bottom portion of the leg.

This might be obvious to most but:
When you tried to pull the pin out, did you have it hooked up to your truck?
The weight of the rv alone is going to stop those things from moving...Just a thought....
The other thing you might want to check is...Was there a battery in it?
Some dealers do not supply you with a battery.
