If you are asking if it is OK to put a cover over a Fantastic Fan; you can. I have mine covered and while I believe that it does affect the flow of air somewhat; they seem to work well.

Max Air Vent Covers

Look at the Max Air vents covers. I had both of my fantastic vents covered on the roof and you can even run the vents while traveling to keep the heat down inside the trailer. They are easily installed to. They have videos on you tube on how to install them. Hope this helps.
