Does any one out there use the Prodigy brake control with disc brakes on a fifth wheel ? I'm looking at ordering a Excel with the disc brakes, but I'm not sure weather they are electric or hydraulic.

If it has electric brakes the Prodigy will work fine. I loved mine. If it has Elec/Hydraulic brakes, I've been told the Prodigy will not work.

According to Excel, which uses Dexter Brakes, the Prodigy can used with them. We have a Prodigy control and really like the controler.
