60 when I own the road, 65 max. in heavy traffic to somewhat keep up with the flow, my truck is not a get away car and I have to pay for my own fuel. How much time would you really gain by going faster anyway.
When descending steep hills I try to stay well below the posted speed limit, there is nothing worse than loosing control going down the mountain in a 26,000# rocket.
