Depends on the price range you are looking at. Most of these have or offer a residential option.

New Horizon, DRV (Mobile/Elite Suites), Lifestyle Luxury RV, Excel.

A step down- Redwood, Landmark/Bighorn

Another Step Down - Montana, Cardinal

Here is a RV review site that rates the quality of the RV manufactures.

Unbiased RV Reviews & Expert RV Ratings

This web site is not supported by the RV manufactures but by the end users who purchase the consumer guide. They will tell you if an certain RV is dependable and if the RV is a quality unit.

I used this to purchase my 5er though the one model I bought is not rated a 5 star unit it meets my needs and has acceptable quality for me.

We have a 2012 Arctic Fox 29 5K. Very well built unit. We had a couple small things go wrong and dealt with the warranty department and honestly, we do not think you could possibly have better service anywhere else. We would strongly recommend Northwoods Manufacturing after the level of service we have received over a few very small issues.

Do some research on the web, I found a ton of information by searching for reviews for different manufacturers, that's how I ended up buying an Arctic Fox, our second one... we outgrew the first one.

Personally I'd rate Bighorn with Montana but meh.

As stated, most high end models do offer than. If you're looking at Keystone, Forest River, etc, they usually don't.

If you're looking in the mid-range, I'd have to throw the Jayco Pinnacle into the mix for your consideration. Jayco provides a 2+3 warranty (2 years bumper-to-bumper and an additional 3 years structural) and top of the line customer service to boot. We've owned three (3) Jaycos and have been satisfied with each of them.

Heartland (Landmark/Bighorn) has an outstanding reputation for service and offers a 2/5 year warranty on the Landmark. Both can be ordered with a residential fridge.

I have a Heartland Greystone and just love it. Light, easy to pull and the company has stood behind their product. Very few problems but when I need help they were there to assist in every way they could.
