My trailer radio is on the slide side of my unit. I want to connect some type waterproof speakers with volume controls to the exterior opposite side of trailer. Any ideas?

My solution has always to use a pair of waterproof speakers. Currently they are Bose book shelf type. I simply wired two RCA type plugs in a convenient place and connect them to the radio output. Once this was the rear speakers and then I just used the fader to turn them on/off. On my current setup I just tied into the bedroom (dumb location) speakers and hooked up my wires to that output. A switch on the radio selects the outside speakers. This way, with enough wire I can move the speakers anywhere I want them.
