Concluding Update

First things, first.......Thank you all for your input and advice.

Instead of doing the install myself, I chose to go with the RV shop because after the installation, I was headed to pay for and pick up the 5th wheel trailer the Seller was, so graciously, holding for me since last Saturday. I didn't want any issues of the installation, by me, that would cause me to loose out on the sale of the trailer.

Friday morning, the RV shop installed the hitch. It took a couple of hours. They did away with my rails and installed Husky rails and under-bed brackets.



Here's the under-bed brackets.



I went up the hill, picked up the trailer, and towed it 40 miles home with no issues.

Found a parking lot for some quick pics.
