Rear Camera and Outside Mirror Extenders
Looking at purchasing a 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel and a 2011 heartland Sundance 29MK.
Do most FW have a camera on the rear of the 5th? I'm sure it would come in handy. Clearly would have to be wireless to tow vehicle.
Next the tow vehicle has trailer towing package. Would the stock mirrors that come with the truck be wide enough,to give good view,of side of FW or would you need mirror extenders?

No answer for you on the rear view camera, but I have towed a 102" wide 5th wheel with a 3500 Ram and the factory tow mirrors. From my perspective, the Ram tow mirrors are very good....They can be adjusted for excellent vision to the rear.
However, there are those who also say they are the worst they have ever seen and that the vertical style like Ford has are much better. I really like the Ram style better.....

Suspect you'll have to install the camera/monitor.

Hurk, most RV manufacturers have rearview mirrors as an option with some high end as a standard. Form what I gather, all of the factory ones are wireless. They do come with cables also, but naturally you have to do an install or have it installed. I have a cabled system on my 35' fiver and don't think I could go without one now.
Others will have to comment on the Ram mirrors. I have a Chevy.

I have a 2500 Silverado with the late 2015/early 2016 vertical mirrors and I love them for trailering but hate them for normal driving..Horrible blind spots..I really think they are dangerous. I catch myself stretching upwards in the cab to try to see over them. and then you add the thick roof/window frame with the grab handle!!!! I prefer the Ram.

Most 5th wheels do not have backup cameras. Some have them as an option. Some dealers may be able to install one for you if a camera is not available as an option from the trailer manufacturer.
Backup cameras on a 5th wheel do not have to be wireless. I installed a wired system because wireless systems can be unreliable, and I didn't want to take a chance.
I'm not familiar with Dodge pickups, but our 1-ton Silverado came with large tow mirrors that are extendable. I suspect the mirrors any 1-ton truck, especially one with the tow package, would have similar tow mirrors.

There are literally thousands of reasonably priced back up cameras listed on Amazon - some good, others not so hot. Of course their reviews are only a guideline though more 3-5 stars is usually better.
The current crop of extendable towing rear view mirrors on the Big Three pickup are pretty good though after trying out a late Fiat/Ram to potentially replace my Ford, was not convinced that their 'moose ear' mirror system (among other things) was best for me though others will disagree.

Agree with others--most 5ers do not have rear cams. Jayco is starting to prewire. But the cam is an option.
My 16 Ram 3500 towing mirrors flip out and give a fantastic vertical view of our 35' trailer and beyond. They have enlarged the convex part of the mirror to increase the field of view and is a great improvement over my 06 Ram 3500.
