Rebuilt inside steps
My husband rebuilt our inside steps going to the bedroom. Sorry I don't have the before picture of the steps which were 2 steps. They were very steep and I am short and was pretty hard for me to get up and down them. He removed the 2 steps and created 3 steps. I think he did a very nice job on them. We leave on our trip next week for a trip around the us for 6mo. I am so glad I new steps.

Aw crap, now my DW has seen your steps and guess what? I am going to redo our steps too__. I did get a reprieve until we return from Alaska though. DW wants the bottom step tread to hinge so she may store shoes under the steps.
Those are very professional looking steps. Hope I can do half as well.

Looks like a great job! Is yours a COUGAR? Looks very similar to ours. I may consider doing the same for my wife's and my arthritic bones! Did he have to change anything else?

LOVE the hinge idea. Every nook and cranny helps when you are in limited space.
