Very true. Those gas abs need good ventilation to expel heat. Some mfgs do a good job installing with that in mind. While others I have seen should be taken out back and shot
Mine was done well and worked well. I did however mount four 12vdc fans just under roof vent (pulling heat out), connected to a thermal switch, on at 120 and off at 100 degrees. Now instead of running on '4', it runs on '2'.
