Replacement for Air Bed?

We have a couch in our Big Country that folds out into a bed and that bed is an air mattress. Is there any type of comfortable mattress available that is not an air mattress?

Sorry dear I can't help with that. Our couch has a thin mattress that is very UNconfortable. The regular bed is a full size queen and we bought a regular mattress at a bedding store and were happier with that than the factory supplied bedding. Very few couch beds are confortable.

We had 'the girls' (granddaughters) camp out / slumber party with us Saturday nite and OF COURSE, they all had to sleep with "Nannie", so I was relegated to the air bed sofa....

I was STUNNED how comfortable it was in ours ! slept like a baby until 6:30 am when I heard squeals and feet LAUNCHING off the steps toward me !!!!

first time setting it up, so was surprised that the opened air bed is about 6 inches longer than the sofa, but put my feet that way and comfy ! and makes for a passable trampoline !
