Correct..we do not have the rear cord housing. Originally we were going with the 5Z so those residential models I listed were the ones that were all close enough to consider for that model. I couldn't go with any of those with the 5M because it is not as deep in the rear. Even that Madeline that is 81 will squish in there. Several inches of cushion give on edges. The Talbot cushions hang over the edge so they can be removed in transit to give you the 35 max easily.

The biggest problem is getting inside. Don't think the backs come off any of those so would likely have to go thru a removed window. Perhaps back window slid open but would have to remove ladder as it blocks the side that opens

Never heard of those. Definitely like the modular aspect however just 2 of the seats are too wide (82").
Best thing we've found yet are Simplicity Sofas... Custom built apartment sized sofas out of North Carolina

We found a sofa today that will work for time being. Wife found on CL. Like new, fit is perfect and matches interior well. All cushions are reversible. Regular sofa/non sleeper. Had to take legs off and just then it barely fit thru the door. Happy for now.

CL to the rescue! That looks nice & was probably much cheaper than buying new.
