What is the road conditions in January along the west coast of US.going from Vancouver can. to Anaheim cal. From there we are going Arizona

I use this website for California Road Conditions All you need is the highway numbers you are interested in.

The only risky spot that I can think of is the I-5 south of Ashland, OR to Redding, CA. The link posted above is your friend. If there are storms just lay over in Ashland for a day or two.
