My floors and slides were 1" flooring with 1 3/8 stud and regular insulation.
The insulation is a huge benefactor to the damage since a small leak is disguised and water is held with that insulation. So I am now installing sheets of foam board insulation
with a radiant barrier. It was very warm and easy to heat and the quality of a Teton is on second to Carriage I believe. Since the damage to this fiver is all small water leaks, I meen very small . Yet a lot of damage from it. I definitely am spray sealing every seam with our shops bed liner material.
