Rubber bunched up on slideout

We had some rubber bunch up on the corner of our slide out. It has done this twice. Does anyone know what this is and how we can fix it?

I tried to add a photo but I apparently don't know how. I'll work on it.

Um.... either you posted the wrong pics or you have some very serious water damage... are these the correct pics?

Yes, these are the correct pictures. The rubber is the dark piece in the corner. We also have water damage. I posted a separate thread for that.

Your slide has a rubber roof piece either separate from the slide roof or all together that is folded over and foam is put under it to make the seal. Something has come loose. Without more pics, that's all we can tell. Is it rotted?

I don't think the slide out is rotted. The panel above it is damaged, but we have not pulled it off to see what is underneath it yet. We are working on sealing the roof first to prevent further damage. I thought it was a free-moving piece, but will take a look at the other corner to see how it was attached. Thank you!
