rubber roof

Cleaning the rubber roof on a 5th wheel. Noticing that the rubber is aging in spots, deteriorating. Short of replacing the rubber membrane, is there a really good product out there for this? I'm thinking that there may be something that you can simply paint onto the roof?

Go to EDPM roof coatings. They have a vidio on recoating an old EDPM roof. I did mine at 18 yrs old and very satisfied with the results. $700.00 for liquid EDPM and 3 days labor

It's very objective when people say "it is wearing down." If I saw it, I could probably tell you. It may seem like it is to you, but is still perfectly fine.
