RV Shows

Does anyone here know of a RV show that features lots of fifth wheel manufacturers and models? We would love to be able to see most options at one show. Going from dealer to dealer makes it hard to compare. We live in Memphis so anything in the southeast would be great but we are willing to travel to where ever there's a big show.

If you want to see a lot of different rigs and talk to their reps it is difficult to beat the Tampa Show.

It would be easy to spend 3 days at the show as you can not see everything in 1 day. Maybe it can be done in 2 days but not by me.

It's a long way off but the Hersey RV Show in September is a good one also.

If in Cleveland it might be possible to see the Columbus Ohio and even the Cincinnati Ohio RV Shows.

But I have been to the Pittsburgh, Columbus, Hershey, and Tampa Shows.

The Tampa and Hershey shows are by far the largest shows I have been to. The Tampa Show is just slightly larger than Hershey.

Quartzite AZ. also has a large show. Lots of parking in the giant desert.

Two years ago at the Tampa Show they had 5th wheels built by the Custom Builders. Space Craft, New Horizons, Continental Coach. I did not go last year. They also had 5 or 6 rigs built by the now 'out of business' Perterson Industies Excel line.

The smaller local shows will not have as many builders. They typically just have the local dealers maybe in a 100 mile radius. But still a good place to start...but be aware of the crowds. Multiple slow moving people looking at the same RV you want to see can be frustrating.

I'll be attending the RV show in San Antonio this weekend. I will be looking at 5th wheel toy haulers... hopefully there will be lots of them there.
