I'm still working on that 2nd part and you're right - fault on that is a dealer issue. Keystone has approved a correctly modeled repair in all circumstances except for 1 (roof)...
I do hear man and fingers crossed that all goes well with the repairs. I do like Grand Design's business model and they are a top contender for our next purchase because of that.
