So , dropping the 92 Damon Challenger (it's for sale) and going 5th wheel.
The amount of info out there is mind boggling
So being of sound and lazy mind, here is what I think I want.

Fiberglass roof, 4 season, 2 air conditioners, 3/4 ton towable, less than 34 ft, kitchen for a cook who likes a little space, just the two of us with occasional visitors and I am too old to live in a crappy environment!! Maybe $25K? used.
I do like aluminum structures too

If anyone can recommend the brand, model I would appreciate it.

And of course I am going to buy a cummins powered truck!!

One company that used to build a 4 season rig was Excel. That built a Limited version that had a fiberglass roof. I also believe they built shorter 5th wheels. I would guess that a 8 year old model woukd sell for 25k.

Good luck.

Wow, when you find something with other than a rubber roof let me know. Trilogy has (or had) an aluminum roof, but nothing that small.

Don't think they have a fiberglass roof, but you may want to check the inventory at Kansas RV Center, formerly the NuWa manufacturer. They have a nice assortment of used HitchHikers and other brands that they thoroughly check out before putting them out for sale.

I think Open Range have a PVC roof. I don't know of a fiberglass roof.
