Saw a add for a Shasta and talked to the guy.

Whats a Shasta? Quality? bad quality?

Im learning about the different brands , I had a Lance camper which is quality.

Any input on what a Shasta (quality?)is or were its made?

Rick

I had a '98 shasta 28' TT w/single slide. It was a good trailer, I would own one again!

Shasta is owned by coachman industries (coachman trailers). There were some similarities between the two brands, at least when we had ours.

They are manufactured back east, they have or had a web site, do some surfing.

The Coachman web site indicates that the Shasta brand was last made in 2004. Shasta had a mfg site in Battleground WA back in the 70's. My parents had one that was made there in 1971. Many good memories of camping as a teen.
Shasta was known for thier trademark "wings" on the upper rear of the unit.
