Go to a Goodyear dealer and get a professional opinion. I'm sure they may have to be replaced after 10 years. (just for peace of mind if nothing else)
The tires look like they are in good shape to me. I ran this type of tire on a Terry Fifth Wheel that I owned back in the 90s.

Seems yours were made in Canada, the pair Goodyear just got me for my tow dolly were made in China, now I'm trying to justify replacing my 205's for 215's to gain 1000 carrying capacity. I'm really hesitant replacing the perfectly good made in Australia tires for made in China.
I'm from an older school from what I see in the picture I would not change them, while many more would.

I bought an 89 class C last fall and it passed a safety, but the inspection shop (Goodyear) recommended tire replacement due to age. I've done some research and most tire manufacturers recommend replacement after ten years no matter what tread remains. I bought 6 new tries this month just for the peace of mind I won't have to worry about them for ten years. The Goodyear tires on our unit were showing sidewall checking and in tread checking... fronts were BF goodrich and looked good.

Tires usually fail beginning from the inside. This can only be inspected by demounting and then visually inspected. Were those my tires I would buy new ones before my next trip. A blown tire can cause extensive body damage, and cancel the rest of that trip.

we had two blowouts on our 2004 5th wheel when tires were 6 years old, both on the same trip. lady pulled up beside us and told us tire had blown out, we did not even feel it. real lucky no damage to 5th wheel.

I can not see the date code clearly nor can I tell much else from the photos but this I do know.
There is only one answer to the question "Should these tires be replaced" and that is YES.
If you have to ask the question, the answer is YES.

My tries were made in 2006 and I am going to replace then this year. The Cameo is a 2010 but I did not want the Duro tires that were on it, so I did a exchange off our old fiver. I got Michelins XPS RIBS on the fiver. They have been great.

The tires are 8 years old. My vote is to get new ones. Much cheaper than what could possibly go wrong with a blowout. Even having piece of mind.
