Side rear door floor plan???

Who makes such a beast in a decent 5th wheel. Specifically a 5th wheel that has the real living and entrance door to the rear of the trailer not the middle. One I know of is the Northwood Arctic Fox 29-5T. Friends recently bought a used 08, I think, Outback Sydney. That has one slide. My goal would be a 35+-' under 16K GVWR. The 2 models I mentioned both have interiors accessible with the slides in. I'll consider used, a few years old, but won't consider anything with Light, Lite, half-ton etc in the nameplate. I want a solid build, solid builds weigh more but under the 16K GVWR. Other requirements REAL queen, not RV length crap. Real wood would be nice, large solid corner shower 1 piece, 50 amp, ducted air conditioning, wired for 2 airs.

Our ORV Glacier Peak is the RLS model, meaning "rear living room", kitchen along the non-slide side mid-ship. 3000# pin weight, 13000 total weight loaded.

We really like this layout, and purposely bought it new for that reason back in 2016.

Not sure if many used models available. ORV/Northwood are always in demand.

You might find a nice Cougar in that layout easier. Sounds like ours is what you are looking for (not for sale, sorry).

Good luck with the hunt. Diligence pays off.

Is it just me or is the ORV site difficult to find anything but TT. On your RLS can you get to the living area with the slides in? Looks like the kitchen and forward is but what about couch, chairs??

Got to the ORV home page. Click on Mountain Series at the top of the page. scroll all the way to the bottom where you'll see Glacier Peak. Click on it and you'll see the only ones ORV now makes. Both rear kitchens. ORV dropped the other floor plans.

That was another selling point....access to everything with the slides closed. Couch is in slide, loungers at back window facing tv.
Have not overnighted at walmart to actually use that yet

I was told by Todd at ORV that the rear kitchen sells more units, therefore they dropped the RLS model. Too bad. We love sitting back there with the big windows looking out at usually great scenery.

We also like a big window on the end. Motorhome of course has it at the front, really big window. GFs 5th wheel has nice sized window in rear. Windows let in light, light is good. Course windows let in heat and cold but that's what HVAC is for.
