It depends on which manufacturer made the slider.


If you can come up with a brand, check on UTube.com to see if a video has been made showing how to do maintenance on that specific brand. They cover Schwentik very well.

if the slide is actuated by cables it will likely be a BAL Accuslide system. If it has aluminum tracks with S shaped tracks cut into them it will be a Schwintek system. If there is no visible system parts on the outside of the slide walls, it may be Carriage's own system.
On a side note, we watched the Carriage/Lifestyle system being built at a factory tour. A very impressive, well built system like no other.
