Slide issue
We have an interesting problem with our slide and would like some opinions on possible fixes for it. The inside edge of the floor is warped upward and allows the slide to drop down too far, when it fully extends. Check out the picture:
The floor is not wet and doesn't appear to have ever been wet. The Darco plastic membrane is mostly still intact. I have to figure out some way of fixing it and hopefully, without removing the slide. Anyone have a suggestion or two? Thanks!

Is that supposed to be a level floor slide, or is there a 2" step-up onto the slide floor?

It is supposed to be level.. The step-up is where the problem is.

Humm, that's above my pay grade, sorry I'm stumped. Hopefully others will see your thread and join in with their expertise.

Looking under my slide out there appear to be adjustments that could be made for the slide to be at the proper level. You may want to consult a service person on which adjustments may be necessary

Hopefully Lippert Components Inc. has useful information. Go to the website, select slideout mechanisms, then select hydraulic and electric flush-floor slideout mechanisms.
Sorry for the delay, I just tonight realized I had that link.
