slide out controĺler

Hi, slide out quit working. Switch is good and can run slide out hooking straight to motor. I'm trying to locate the slide out controller board. Looked under bed in cabinets ect. Any ideas? Thanks 2000 fleetwood prowler.

I have a 2012 SnowBird built by Peterson Industries, my slide out got stuck in out position in S.D. and the first thing they said was to find the controller! It took me several hours to find it, mine was in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The factory had me looking every other place! Hope you find it

First, what type of system is this. There may not be a controller.

How do you know the switch is good?

2000 Fleetwood Prowler. Replaced switch with a new one. Wire junction under bed in box but no circuit board. 15 amp fuse for slide out on main panel good but changed anyway. Can run room out hooking battery to motor.

No real rhyme or reason to the controller placement , current RV, is under the kitchen sink, on the wall, last RV it was, on the floor, under the lowest drawer in the kitchen; drawer removal required for access.

Do you have any info on the slide manufacturer, was there a name on the slide drive motor?

Still don't know what system you have, but you probably don't have a controller. It's probably from the power source, to the switch, to the motor.

Do you have a test light or volt meter? You need to verify if power is coming into the switch. A good switch means nothing if there is no power.
