removed what leftover of the sub floor, wow...almost all gone! you can see the original 3layer (plywood/styrofoam/plywood) floor still there
BTW is that king of floor still accessible to buy? any idea who makes them?

I'm not even sure if the whole floor should be replaced anymore
Well We just like to do things right and we totally declared mold as public enemy, so when we see any signs of moisture.: Cut & replace!

I don't think the epoxy idea would work here but your doing it right keep cutting back till you hit good and mold free wood

well, not much progress to report here.
Got all the subfloor under the slide out removed. It seems like real solidgood now but by hand's feeling I can tell that some of the bottom of the 2x4 is gone due the water.
In the mean time will like to seal that slide out opening so no water can get in.
Any good source for the seals and gaskets with good prices?

Maybe this place Products has something?
I priced some Filon fiberglass siding at ALL-Rite recently. They wanted 3 times more $ than their competition.

I agree on All-rite $$$$ I priced a door from them $1200 for a TT door thats BS I though it would be something to see as for the style I like your link better sounds like better prices too
