Have to replace the slider seal on my coach. It appears to be the common snap-in double-bulb type with a 2" sweep. I have found some similar material on EBay and other web sources but these all lack the continuous adhesive retention strip that is found on mine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had to replace mine as well. When one went all the others followed in less than 10 weeks.

When I got in there and took a close look the seal had metal springs/tines. They had all corroded and just fell out by the hundreds when the seal was pulled out.

I ended up getting an authorized Newmar repair facility to order factory seals and do the install. It took a really skinny guy to get the top portion of the one over the kitchen.

I was hoping to avoid purchasing the material from Newmar but will probably end up biting the bullet here. Can't find the same material from any of the 'net discount suppliers.
I will do the install myself. It should not be very difficult if I bring out the slide about a foot in order to access the flange.

Last time I replaced slide seals I bought it at a local RV repair facility. They had huge boxes of different sizes, styles, thickness', etc. Instead of using factory replacement seal material I bought Newmar seal material. It cost more, but was made much better.

I ended up purchasing the Newmar factory material from a dealer. It was only $4.00 and change per foot.
